Client required a door to be replaced, locks and latches to be fixed or adjusted, window panes to be replaced, an underground stormwater drain line to be replaced, roots under paving to be removed, external light fixtures to be changed to newer ones and a utility sink to be installed with custom cupboard.
The bulk of the work involved the removal of paving and grass sods, excavating the trenches for a an upgraded waste pipe to be installed, backfilling and compacting the ground, reinstating the paving, grouting of paving and replacing the grass sods. We also replaced a door that had rotted and was no longer closing, replaced some panes of glass that were broken, non-matching or out dated, changed the swimming pool light for an LED unit, installed a stainless steel utility sink into a custom built cupboard and replaced and adjusted a number of locks and latches. We also replaced multiple exterior light fittings with new LED bulbs, uplifted some paving to remove roots and then reinstated and grouted the paving
The result is a happy client who will be requesting more asistance in the future.
